Rates and eligibility are returned live in the Ekho F&I step, and contracts register electronically as soon as the buyer accepts.
Turn the provider on from Settings → F&I Products. Ekho requests live eligibility and rates during the F&I step of checkout, presents the products the buyer qualifies for, and registers the contract electronically once they accept.
